OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate Vessel operations, including transportation and warehousing, to optimize inventory management.
  • Reduce Lead time and minimize cost for the ship Chandler business
  • Identify the trends of markets & forecast future financial performance.
  • Coordinate departmental budgets and research new purchases
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and company policies
  • Monitor changes to the regulations to maintain compliance to minimize operational risks.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related. A combination of foreign degrees equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s is accepted. 1 year experience in Operation Management required.

POSITION

DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST

HOURS: FULL TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify target audiences and create comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business goals.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content for search engines and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies using Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance by creating detailed reports and making data-driven recommendations using Trello, Asana, MS Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Monday.com.
  • Develop content strategies and oversee the creation of high-quality content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) using WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe, ensuring timely publication.
  • Oversee Marketing via email by segmenting email lists and personalizing email content using Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
  • Optimize ad spend and measure return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms, engage with the audience, and analyze social media performance using Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related. A combination of foreign degrees equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s is accepted. 2 years’ experience as Marketing Strategist, SEO Analyst/Manager or related. Advanced Search Engine Optimization Strategies and SEO Fundamentals certificates are required.
